PS : “Writing is the Best Job to do”

Its been month since i wrote, other than the writing that i do, for my work ! why so ?
That’s totally an vesicular subject, but what is that makes the writing profession a cult?

Is it paying you well ? an answer no writer can be sure.
Is there a job security ? hell no
Are you loved by everyone ? may be people who read your work, like you as a writer.
Are you respected ? only in certain places.

But this is a job, where you create your own freedom,
this is one of the job, you can switch off and on according to yourself,  here is where you think about yourself, and also think about other people, here you may use your experience and also you use people around you.

Recently i was in to marketing , selling ad space of a magazine, and what i realized is,

i)  I dont look like an executive, even if i am fully covered with formals,
ii) The writer in me never sleeps, as i destroy my hard worked marketing talk, when i mix it with quotes and comments based on how things work.
iii) So every where its that everything ends up as a joke, when i say ” It would be nice if you guys advertise for our first edition, and i would give you an complimentary ad space in our second.”,
“We as a brand would love to have your brand” !
how would i get an advertisement, if i talk to him about the beauty of the interior designing of his cabin, then explain him about interior work of my magazine.

Hell no, no matter what ever i try, i know i cant get any ad sales done, Instead of visiting various vehicle parks, receptionists, lifts,  i better sit with my laptop and do the only “No Nonsense” work i know ……

PS : Writing is the best job to do!

Oh My Dear TRAI!

The current Indian government is one of the most colorful Period of Indian politics as every day we see one high and one low. But the function of TRAI under this Central government is very Noxious. it in a way creates a feeling that the Govt is insecure of itself.

To get straight in to the matter, it’s all regarding a new rule by TRAI where a Mobile sim user can send only 100 sms per day. I wish to put forward this question to TRAI?

 Is the Government expecting many protest from the people of this country, cause of their own analysis of their governance, so that they didn’t want people to use SMS as a mode of communication during the Mass Protest, which if it is going to happen?

 Don’t the Government doesn’t have the caliber or finance to hire people who are technically sound to formulate a regulation to catch the un registered bulk sms senders?

 Or government is very concerned about the freedom that Indian people had in communication that it wanted to try a communist stance?

 Does the Govt is not proud of itself, proud of that democratic freedom of speech in our country, that why now it cares if a guy send s 500 sms to his girl friend?

 Or instead of steadying controversies surrounding it, why the so-called Civil servants of TRAI, have come up with this stupid ideas, which degrades their caliber.

It’s stupid to think that there is no loss or extra cost for companies to give sms services, for which they also charge, and now its idiotic that people like me whose important part of communication is restricted to just 100 times per days, I swear if in a year Govt restricts the number of E-Mails to 100, its time to press the panic button against the Govt.

A power, Human never had!

Time is precious, same way time is fun,

When you would have seen a clock first time in life, you would have seen the numbers around it, then the more you grew up , you would have seen the needles, then puzzle arises and you yourself.

Why my mom sees it every time and decides when I should leave for school?

Then it’s a object which you start to hate, the more you realize the number, the more you realize the system of how it works, your life evolves, then you move on to an another circle called earth, which rotates and then you come to know that the first clock which you saw rotating, is based on the outer rotation called world.

Men/women has created everything, initiated many process and systems, and our life runs based on that, as if we are sandwiched between this nature and the living which we shaped up.

In fiction we have mastered god, and in reality we have reached sky limits, we have seen moon, mars, deep ocean, and we have also seen the side effects of the imbalance and natural destruction.

But one power which  human never has is that , he cant go back and re edit the completed cycle of the motion of the clock, which he is seeing from his childhood, we always end up praising its value or cursing its nature, but we can or will never have the power to change it, we can’t go back and enjoy the sweet memories, enact that pleasantries, re live the moment and change our past actions, or change our mistakes, that pinches you inside your heart.

Its like, what if we had a power that goes back and changes our so-called BAD LUCK.

Then you know what, if we had that power, Then we are not humans, we are machines, like machines have some repairing system, it will be our repairing system!

That’s why they say, it’s a boon to live as human, as we move around with purpose and where we push ourselves to digest, accept and ignore many things,  to enjoy the life as it comes!

The curious Case of Ajmal Kasab.

The present current affairs situation of the country is a golden period for the writers, as there are n number of incidents and actions that can be reported and Scrutinized.

For me All other thing, like corruption, black money, religious politics, inflation Seems to be so bigger and so intermixed that it need s a revolution to at least create a small change or outcome to it. But one Situation which brings shame in the heart and smile in the face is the way the Case of Ajmal Kasab and the circus he enacts in Indian judicial system, after the remorseless actions he committed on 26/11.

To tell it in some pointers. These are the reasons to be proud.

1)      The way the India’s Judicial System works, which is praiseworthy, as it gives the equal chances to the defendant and the opposition.

2)      But Having said that , these shows how much these positive pointers are used as the loopholes of the system, As these Can be twisted by any one in the court room and block everything.

For ex: Every one in this world, knows Ajmal is the culprit, and he himself knows that he was caught red handed, but he know s that, in the trial, he can run the whole process amok.

Judge: Mr. Ajmal Kasab, Did you accept that you Killed ___ number of people.

Ajmal: No your honor, I came to Mumbai for sight seeing, the police captured me just I am Pakistani , they arrested me.

Judge: Do you have any proof for it , sir.

Ajmal’s Lawyer:  your honor, I need a week to get ready my witness.

Judge: This trial is shifted

Ajmal : grins.

And today the date is June 22, 2011. And still Mr. Ajmal Grins, as now his case is shifted to another court, he is been found guilty, he is sentenced to death, But still he is not Sentenced. This curious case only happens in our country, you know who the criminal who did all this is gory murder, as if he is a self proclaimed super hero, who was supplied by a producer, to entertain some junkies who live in some no mans lands with guns in hand.

But if you dig it more, in a way Ajmal has become a sensational Guest of this country, The media in one side has made him a known face , its like with their great work of showing all to our personal television with wonderful hard work, it also came with a  small stupidity, to give him this much space.

Is this a wake up call for the law makers of this country to revamp the law and make it more sensible in the visual cases?

Because its so heart breaking to see that we spend hell lot of money in this inflation, some state government doesn’t have money to buy electricity, but a cold blooded murderer, is enjoying his stay in this country jail as a guest for 2 years.
